By using wingjay.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. There is no account to create, so use of the site is itself the acceptance.
wingjay provides free browser-based tools for processing files and text. The tools run on your own device. We provide the code; you provide the files and the computing power. We do not receive, store or process your files at any point.
The tools are free to use, including for commercial purposes. Output you create — a compressed image, a merged PDF, a generated QR code or password — is yours, with no attribution required and no licence claimed by us.
The site is provided on an as-available basis. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or interrupted for reasons outside our control. No uptime is guaranteed.
You agree not to use this site to process material you have no right to process, to break any applicable law, to attempt to disrupt or overload the site, to scrape it in bulk, or to republish the tools as your own service.
Because nothing is uploaded, we cannot recover a file you lose and we hold no copy of anything you process. Keep your originals. Check the output before relying on it or deleting the source, particularly for documents that matter.
The tools are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that they will be error-free, that they will meet your requirements, or that output will be suitable for any particular purpose.
This applies with particular force to the passport photo tool. It crops and sizes an image to published dimensions; it does not and cannot guarantee that a photograph will be accepted by any government, embassy or other authority. Acceptance depends on lighting, expression, sharpness, background and other factors judged by the issuing office. Verify requirements with the relevant authority before submitting, and use a professional service where an application is time-critical.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, wingjay is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including lost data, lost profits, a rejected application, or a missed deadline. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
The site displays advertising and links to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or privacy practices. Advertising is served by Google AdSense as described in the privacy policy.
The design, code and written content of this site belong to wingjay. Open-source libraries used by the tools remain under their own licences. You may use the tools freely; you may not copy the site itself and present it as your own.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date shown above. Material changes take effect when posted.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which wingjay is established. Nothing here removes any statutory consumer rights you have under the law of your own country of residence.
